So you wanna use the wonderful cheat device that Edison Carter made for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories without the need for Devhook or Recovery Mode. What are you going to do?
Well, if you’re Yolarry, you’ll make a Coldbird installer for the the GTA Cheat Device. He recently came up with the GTA Cheat Device Pack 2.71 SE-C UMF Installer, which uses Coldbird’s Universal Module Flasher to get the job done. The pack currently overwrites MP3 prx installer data files, so you may want to be extremely careful when using this to get your GTA cheats.
One other thing to note is that this doesn’t have an actual readme file for installation. It will definitely assume that you know your way around homebrew, so make sure you know what you’re doing or you might lose some data or overwrite the above-mentioned files.
