Guerrilla Games Goes for the Kill with Trailer of Killzone: Liberation
Most of the French words we know are either bad words or nonsense, but the trailer we just saw from PlayFrance got the message across. Killzone: Liberation by Guerrilla Games for the PSP certainly lives up to the Killzone tradition.
Some of you may think the graphics aren’t as impressive as some of the things we’re seeing for the PS3 and other next-gen living room consoles, but we’re wondering if that’s because the trailer suffers from the choppy quality of Internet video. Still it’s a nice trailer to watch if you’re curious about how the gameplay will go.
In a previous article on Killzone: Liberation, we mentioned “stealth,” and some readers said “Stealth? How do you sneak up on somebody if the game camera is high above and they can see you coming?” Please forgive this humble Iowa farm boy. What I meant was “placement” and “strategy” and “forward planning to get around enemy positions.” I’m sometimes too lazy to look for the right word: seeing Killzone, I just want to get my hands on the game and blow things up.
So go check out this video and you’ll see what we’re talking about. Awesome, awesome game.
