It’s that time of the year again, as NCsoft celebrates the holiday this March by giving away Shamrock Ale and Four-Leaf Clovers to players in the MMORPG Guild Wars. Just like last year, citizens of Tyria will have to scramble all over Tyria to bag these goodies.

There’s no better day to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Guild Wars than downing a few bottles of Shamrock Ale, which causes that drunk effect by adding tints of green to your screen. Drink enough, and you’re well on your way to attaining higher ranks of the Drunkard title.

On the other hand, Four-Leaf Clovers are very valuable items during extended encounters in Guild Wars‘ PvE as they randomly reduce death penalty from 5% to 15%. Each time you remove 15% DP off your team by using a clover, you become four points closer to the next Lucky title level.
