Guild Wars weekend: Elonian treasure bonanza!
It’s time to say “Hurray!” for NCSoft‘s Guild Wars as this week’s special weekend of shiny prizes have something to do with drop rates! Specifically, better items are headed your way this weekend!
The Guild Wars site mentions that for this weekend, they’ll be adding multipliers to keys and chests! First off, they’ve doubled the chances of acquiring rare items from treasure chests. That should help you get that shiny piece of platemail you’ve always wanted.
Even more interesting for PvE adventurers is that monsters who can drop Elonian Keys will have three times the chance of dropping them. Couple that with doubled rare treasure chances, and this weekend should be a pretty good time for people looking to upgrade their gear, and you can expect more than the usual number of corpses around Elona.
