Guilty Gear XX Accent Core to go to Wii?
GameFly has a reputation of being mostly accurate with their game listings, and if this recent listing is to be trusted, then we now know that the Guilty Gear franchise is making a move for the Wii. GameFly has listed that publisher Aksys (that’s what the listing said) is set to release Guilty Gear XX Accent Core for the Wii and it has a release date of July 30, 2007.
Pardon the Guilty Gear jargon, but some of us here at QJ are now wondering how you’re supposed to pull a faultless-defence cancel into an air-dash, into a jump-cancel powered air-combo and then extend the chain with a roman cancel into an airborne overdrive using a Wiimote? Just imagine doing the combos below using a Wiimote.
Will Guilty Gear for the Wii turn into the Ultimate Wiimote Workout? Sorry but the classic controller will be just plain boring.
