Guitar Hero III with guitar controller prices announced at Best Buy
Neversoft and Activision‘s Guitar Hero III for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 has already been priced at Best Buy for US$ 99 while the Wii version is going for US$ 89.99.
The game and controller offer quite a few innovations that fans of the series will enjoy. The packaged guitar controller, which was modeled after the Gibson Les Paul guitar, will have a removable faceplate which allows gamers to further customize it.
Everyone knows that the major selling point of the game are the songs. The game has quite a few notable hits such as Beastie Boys’ Sabotage, The Red Hot Chili Pepper’s Suck My Kiss, and even the Scorpions’ Rock You Like a Hurricane.
If that’s not enough incentive, it has been confirmed that legendary shredder Slash, of Velvet Revolver and Guns and Roses fame, will be an unlockable character.
