Namco Bandai’s Mobile Suit Gundam Senjo no Kizuna is all the arcade rage in Japan, and all that action is coming to the PSP as Mobile Suit Gundam: Senjo no Kizuna Portable. Obviously, it won’t have the rich rexture of the arcade version, but hey, it’s portable, and it’ll come with tweaks and fixes to make the portable Gundam experience as good as the arcades.
Among those tweaks is the wireless team-based gameplay for up to eight players. Those who don’t have a copy of the game need not worry, game sharing will take care of that little problem. Namco Bandai has more plans to update the game with faster gameplay, changeable viewpoints and a solo mission mode.
Retailer GM Star lists Mobile Suit Gundam: Senjo no Kizuna Portable with a March 26th release in Japan, although Namco Bandai has yet to formally announce the title. But since we’ve seen a lot of Gundam titles packing into the PSP, we’ll be posting that announcement when we get word.
