Halo 3 – new batch of screenshots… stunning
What can we say other than “wow”? Some might disagree but these Halo 3 screenshots look mighty pretty. The last installment of Master Chief‘s fight against the Covenant. He thankfully has the homecourt advantage as the fight is now on Earth, though it is already controlled by the Covenant itself.
Bungie’s Halo 3 features awesome graphics, an enhanced AI (would it be comparable with Resistance: Fall of Man‘s? Or better?), a better lighting engine, new characters, and new weapons. Anyway, the screenshots showcase some of the locations that we’ll be seeing in the much awaited videogame. Check out the detail on the snow, the rock faces on the cliffs, and the grass. You can probably smell it.
With the beta test on Xbox Live looming ever so close (countdown: 15 days to go), Halo 3 for the Xbox360 is really bent on having us glued to our seats. We’ll see what other goodies – juicy tidbits are also welcome – Bungie has for us. Stay tuned.
