Halo: Contact Harvest tells the story of how humanity first came into contact with the Covenant. The novel is told through the perspective of young Avery Johnson and Staff Sergeant Byrne who are assigned to defend Harvest, the breadbasket of the UNSC’s colonies.
Staten is a longtime Bungie employee who has had major contributions in how the Halo series shaped up. He’s been directing cut scenes and is responsible for some of the most rousing moments gaming has ever seen. If you live, breathe and bleed Halo, Halo: Contact Harvest is not one to be missed.
