Handy PSP v0.95.1: Atari Lynx emulator for PlayStation Portable
Homebrew developer Akop Karapetyan (uberjack) has released Handy PSP v0.95.1, an Atari Lynx emulator for the PSP. This is his first attempt at porting Keith Wilkins’ Handy Emulator, and it seems like he made a pretty good conversion.
Karapetyan pointed out though that the sound emulation still isn’t perfect and that he still isn’t sure what’s causing this. Programmers who want to try their hand at fixing it should know that this application was coded in C and C++ while using the Graphical Utility toolkit for rendering. To compile the program, users will need zlib and libpng.
If you plan on downloading this Atari Lynx emulator for the PSP, be sure to go over the documentation included with the zipped file to avoid any problems with the PSP homebrew.
