Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix Developer Walkthrough video

We get a look at some Wiimote-wand trickery with the latest developer walkthrough video for Electronic Arts‘ Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix for the Nintendo Wii.

We get to see how the Wiimote works as Harry’s wand. Rather than just pressing buttons, you actually have to gesture with the Wiimote for the spells to be cast, resulting in a more immersive experience. We get to see some spells in action (as demonstrated by the developer). We also see how Hogwarts was given the ultimate digital treatment, with beautiful visuals and no loading times whatsoever (or so the developer says).
