Heathcliff headed to video games
Uh-oh. Looks like Garfield’s getting some competition in the spotlight. The other neighborhood orange feline, Heathcliff, has just been confirmed for a whole line of video game series.

To be responsible for bringing his catty antics on consoles are none other than Fitz Roy Media and Storm City Entertainment. And this partnership is obviously keen on not letting the project sit merely on the fence. They have already, in fact, inked a deal granting Storm City the rights for creation and distribution of the game for ALL gaming platforms, for the next SEVEN years. That’s a long time, even in cat years.
Said Fitz Roy, “We’re thrilled to be involved with this project, and look forward to bringing Heathcliff to life in a series of all-ages games that will entertain and amuse.” Story City, on the other hand, is apparently looking to Heathcliff to be a “role model, and the gaming possibilities that can be created for him are endless.”
