Hellcat's Pandora Installer is a pretty popular app. And when you're talking about sharing, it's always nice to see updates that make it available for other people in the PSP homebrew community as well.
Mizou93 and Willy91 took the opportunity to translate Hellcat's latest version of Pandora Installer to French. They got Hellcat's permission and all - and went through the homebrew application in a HEX Editor.
