Hideki Kamiya unhappy with erotic Bayonetta fan art
When you have a female character is in a tight full-body suit, heels, and two big guns, you’re practically begging for erotic fan art. Regardless of the sexed-up direction that Hideki Kamiya took with his lady lead, however, the Bayonetta creator is not very pleased with the amount of kinky doujinshi it has on the internet.

Regardless of the sexed-up direction that Hideki Kamiya took with his lady lead, however, the Bayonetta creator is not very pleased with the amount of kinky doujinshi it has on the internet.
Through Twitter, Kamiya gives his take on the widespread fan art. “It seems there is an erotic doujinshi of Bayonetta…There are fans that find that sort of thing unpleasant, and I don’t think it can possibly show any sort of love for the game.”
It’s not fanart, but this is #1 on the Google Image Search for “Bayonetta”
The sentiment is pretty much similar to how Tom Farrer reacted when Faith (Mirror’s Edge) got a boob fan-made job. Then again, Faith wasn’t designed to be the stuff of erotic fantasies. Bayonetta definitely looks the part, tough.
