Homebrew game: Shoot*Arcade v0.1
Looking for a good-old-fashioned shooter for your PSP? We’ve picked up word that homebrew developer XpierreX (on of the developer behind Mastermind) has just released Shoot*Arcade v0.1 for play. As its name pretty much implies, this homebrew is a traditional shooter that features extra challenges like ammo and time limits.
Given that this is an early release, XpierreX and the rest of the homebrew’s crew plan to add several more features in the near future. Check out the full article for more details.

As was initially reported by Tristyl over at the QJ.NET forums, developer XpierreX (one of the devs behind the Mastermind homebrew) has recently released the Shoot*Arcade homebrew game for the community’s enjoyment. This game is a very simple straight-up shooter, where your goal is to blast each target – the exclamation marks – as they pop up on screen. Time and ammo limits are increased as you clear more levels, which adds some extra challenges.
Given this is an intial release (v0.1), the dev team of XpierreX (coder), Cladil (Designer) and Nevadine (Sound) state that they plan to add several more features in future builds:
1. Add a Settings menu. (Sound settings, etc.).
2. Add several ships. (With new sounds, speeds …)
3. Add new target to destroy.
4. Add a level editor, to be able to make your own levels and share them.
Guys interested in discussing Shoot*Arcade v0.1 will want to visit Tristyl’s thread over at the QJ.NET PSP Development forums. Enjoy the game!
