There seems to be another issue being experienced over at Xbox Live. Xbox.com sent out this notice to users saying that you may come across difficulties when trying to use the Marketplace.

Said the notice:

Users may experience difficulties when attempting to use Marketplace and/or making purchases. We are aware of the problem and working to resolve the technical issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.

No word on what this issue could be specifically, but we’ll be on the lookout for more info on this as it comes.
