HuE v.0005 for PSP (New PCE Emulator)

HuE v.0005 was released. This is a new PCE (Turbo Grafx 16) emulator. When running this emulator I noticed a constant buzzing noise that wouldnt go away (while in the menus). The menu?s were nice, a bit confusing though. I had to hit X and O simultaneously to go back to the main menu. The emulator seems decent and we will post more info along with an english translation of the readme and the author?s name later on.
