Ice cream truck delivered Wii to Gizmodo

Let’s hope this is an indicator of how cool the Wii is, and not the cooling requirements of Nintendo’s console. Gizmodo had one of their Wiis delivered to them by ice cream truck. No, really, by ice cream truck. They even have video to prove it.

Nintendo diversifying into other segments of satisfying the youth of America?

Lest everyone doubt that the ice cream truck really was an ice cream truck, or maybe because they were hungry, Gizmodo even ordered ice cream, more specifically ice cream sandwiches. We couldn’t tell what was more enjoyable: the Wii or the ice cream sandwiches. Or ice cream sandwiches dripping all over Gizmodo’s all-new, wonderful Wii.

“This is the happiest day of my life,” says one of them. You said it. Now if Taito will develop an “Ice Cream Mama” to lick our Wiimotes with… er, that didn’t come out right, did it?
