Images of Upcoming Ubisoft Games Leaked?

UbisoftThere’s a fine line between what comes out as legitimate information and what’s been going around as a leak. Honestly, we can’t help but anticipate “it” ourselves, knowing TGS and X06 are just around the corner, but all we have is a wee bit of info. News has it that Ubisoft has some 2GB worth of new images already circulating in the Internet.

Some of the mysterious titles that supposedly became, well, not so mysterious anymore are Splinter Cell 5 a.k.a. Splinter Cell Conviction, Far Cry 2, and a new Prince of Persia game. These three titles apparently contained the most wicked images — Splinter Cell Conviction with its Washington, D.C. locales and Far Cry 2 with its next-gen stuff and a destructible weapon system. Other titles that leaked some cool artwork are Assassin’s Creed (for PS3 and Xbox 360), Rocky PSP, and Shaun White Snowboarding.

There’s no word from Ubisoft but we’re expecting the French gaming publisher would eventually speak up concerning the leak. We’re keeping our eyes and ears open for more news.
