India to be able to purchase Xbox 360s with easy finance options
If you can secure a vast array of financial options for cars, mortgage, and other stuff deemed imperative for today’s consumers lifestyle, why can’t you have the same for purchasing your Xbox 360?
Well, who says you can’t? In India, Microsoft has partnered with ICICI Bank, so that people now can get the easy-to-pay finance option through the bank’s credit card. This partnership aims to enable consumers to –you guessed it!– get a hold of Xbox 360s much easily. Says Microsoft‘s country manager Mohit Anand, “…it is imperative to explore innovative finance options that help reduce the upfront purchase costs of these products and enable more and more consumers to leverage their benefits.”
When Microsoft’s next-gen console launched in India last September, the core system was tagged at Rs 20,000 (US$ 435.95). Most certainly, this finance option is a breath of fresh air for those who wants one, without having to dig too deep in their pockets.
“With this new program, customers will have access to Microsoft Xbox 360 at an affordable cost. We are extremely excited to take forward this initiative with Microsoft that will help expand the entertainment industry,” claimed Sachin Khandelwal, ICICI Bank general manager.
