Indian Website for 360 Is Online

Celebrate!Since Indian enthusiasts are already waiting for the 360, the Microsoft Entertainment and Devices Division has given their Indian fans reason to dance by announcing the launch of its India website for the Xbox 360.

The Xbox 360 India website is designed to provide Indian enthusiasts insights into the Xbox 360. Basically, custom content for the culture.

Mohit Anand (the Country Manager of Microsoft Entertainment and Devices Division, India) said, “The Xbox 360 India website is for all Xbox 360 enthusiasts who want first hand information on the gaming console before its launch near Diwali. Gamers can now simply log on to access the latest information on Xbox 360 which will now be only a mouse click away.” However, some of us here at QJ are curious to see how exactly Microsoft is planning to pull off their goal of making a website by Indian fans and custom fit for the Indian fans (and considering the large population in India, is Microsoft sitting on a potential gold mine?). Hiring translators and just making their Western content understandable won’t be good enough for the overall community.
