Infinity Ward opens official COD 4: Modern Warfare website
Have you seen the much-awaited trailer video for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare yet? If you are a fan of the franchise and you haven’t watched it, we’re telling you now that you missed a whole lot. Because you see, our speculations turned out to be correct. Developer Infinity Ward decided to leave WWII behind and is bringing COD 4 to today’s urban warfare.
Also, we’d like to inform you that the official web site for the new video game title is now open. The site contains good material about the game, such as developer interviews, insider news, exclusive content, as well as the chance to discuss the game with other fans via the message board. Take note note, though, that you have to register at the site first before you will be able to access the above-mentioned features.
Despite the opening of the new site, both Activision and Infinity Ward are yet to confirm on which platforms COD 4: Modern Warfare (360, PS3, PC, possibly) will be appearing on.
On a little side note, the image above was taken from the official site. It’s just curious how there’s no use of the term “Call of Duty” whatsoever inside.
