Info on Robotology, new game from Metanet Software, N+ studio
If you’re a fan of the game N+ from Metanet software, you’ll be glad to hear that they’re currently busy working on another title. Not much is known about it yet, but head over to the full article to read about what is known about the game.
Fans of the ninja-themed platformer N+ will be glad to know that the devs behind the game, Metanet Software, are currently working on a new title.
Whispers of the new game has been around for a while, but because it’s still early in its development stages, not much is known about the game yet.
Here’s what we know of the game so far: it sounds fairly like N+, except set in a world of robots. The tip-off on the robots part came from the game’s tentative name: Robotology.
Robotology is to a 2D physics-based platformer (sounds familiar?). The game will somehow involve grappling hooks, and robots. The style of the game is also said to be similar to N+, only more complex.
No platform has been announced for the game yet, but if it’s going to follow in the footsteps of N+, it would probably appear on the PSP, DS, and XBL. Hopefully, they’ll also consider the PlayStation 3 and the Wii as potential platform releases as well (especially with WiiWare just around the corner).
