One thing we love about Michael Ironside is that he intends to take his character Sam Fisher seriously. He doesn’t want Sam to be like some regular, two-dimensional game character. That’s one way Splinter Cell Double Agent is special – besides the graphics and the gameplay, of course. You can tell the story rocks a**es and socks everywhere when its lead (voice) actor intends to take the story seriously.

Yeah, it used to be that people would come up to Michael and say “Yeehaw, Jester’s dead!” (guess which movie that came from). Now they come up to him and say, “You’re Sam Fisher!”
Yeah, the guy can be iconic across generations.
