Intelligent Remote and Intercooler for the Xbox 360 ships
Nyko Technologies today announced the shipment of two new Xbox 360 accessories: The “Intelligent Remote 360” and the “Intercooler 360″.
The Intelligent Remote is a smart universal remote for both console and TV that’s able to “learn” commands by simply picking up signals from other remotes, with no programming required.
More interesting, the Intercooler: With simple snap-on installation, it’s three fans (powered by the console it’s attached to) are supposed to dramatically increase airflow and reduce heat throughout the Xbox 360, effectively improving the lifetime and reliability of it’s inner components.
Is it just some sort of cash-in on the 360’s heat problems (it’s origins have been found by now, anyway) or a genuinely helpful device? Only the reviews will tell.
Both accessories will be available for a MSRP of $19.99
