Speaking to Japanese gaming mag Famitsu, Nomura mentioned the possibility of stronger bosses and spell tweaks if ever Birth by Sleep heads west. One spell he wants to modify is Megaflare, which he apparently feels is too powerful. Nomura also mentioned adding a new “critical mode” in the game.
Square Enix still hasn’t officially confirmed Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep for a Western release, but evidence supporting an overseas launch points to it being just a matter of time.
