We have here iConference for your Apple iPhone, a homebrew application that lets you make ad hoc conferences with anyone, everywhere. This one’s just in v1.0, so it’s a safe guess that we’ll be seeing more updates to this in the future.

But in the meantime, let’s take a look at this particular release. It’s essentially a native front for Ringful, the conference calling service. Now, with this app, you just pick out the numbers you want to call, and then both you and your recipients will receive a call from the service, sort of like when you call long distance, to connect you in the conference call.

Also, you can manage the call from within the app, check who’s included in the conference, volume control (mute option), and of course, kick out people from the conference.

However, do note that this app does not come for free. According to the info we have, you’ll get to try it out for free US$5 credit, and you’ll be able to add more money as you go later on. It’s up at Cydia, as always, so you can check it out there.
