iR Shell v1.5 released!

Legendary PSP coder Ahman has updated arguably the best PSP shell out there, iR Shell to version 1.5. iR shell utilizes the PSP’s built-in infrared technology to be used as a universal remote control, as well as being a great shell, with one of the best screenshot captures out there!

Here’s whats new in this release:

1. You can now play an unlimited number of mp3 songs by using directory playback.
2. Support PSP Headphone Remote Control for mp3 playback.
3. A new photo viewer is added. You can now preview APP/SAV icons & backpics.
4. File/directory Copy & Paste functions added under File Manipulation.
5. Added support on User Supplied PBP Plugins.
6. Added a list of other customisable options under iR Configurator.

This application is got to be one of the best pieces of homebrew for 1.5 PSPs at the moment. I love this application, and the added customisation in iR Configurator is amazing – just about anything and everything you can think of can be customized! The image preview for homebrew applications is a nice addition too.

Note: This application only works on PSPs with v1.5 firmware.
