It’s possible that Apple will charge extra for upcoming Apple Intelligence features, but it wo n’t be.

Apple has not done this yet
Last updated 22 minutes agoAnalysts have speculated that Apple might charge $20 per month for Apple Intelligence. But, in the short-term, this is purely wishful thinking. These are the kinds of analyst predictions which, while technically correct, may come true in the future in some form on an infinite timetable. However, they are also completely wrong in terms of the timeline that matters. Apple could charge $20 per part of Apple Intelligence or launch a furniture line. Stock analysts, who seem to ask the exact same questions repeatedly during earnings conference calls to CNBC, say that it will be coming soon. Assorted analysts have told CNBC that Apple charges for its services and that AI is expensive. This is a good example of how Apple would rather make money than spend it. Stock analysts believe that Apple could pass the AI cost on to its subscribers. Apple could also charge for advanced AI features. Microsoft and ChatGPT both do this. Samsung is also said to be “considering different revenue models” for Galaxy AI. Apple hasn’t started charging yet. It’s difficult to give something like Apple Intelligence away for free, then charge for it later. Apple would find it difficult to charge for the Writing Tools feature. It would be simpler if Apple introduced a completely new feature later, but none have any idea what it could be. Apple is known to be a company that likes to earn money, and the analysts are right that AI costs a lot of money. There’s already one thing you could charge extra for. Apple has already announced that it is working with ChatGPT, but will add additional partners. These partners, like Google Gemini, may also be fully integrated into the system, just as ChatGPT already is. They, as well as other AI tools, may be available through a new App store. This has been rumored in the past, and is a more accurate guess than saying Apple will pass on costs to its users. All of this will not happen this year or the next. Apple Intelligence needs to be perfected and established before it can build on it. For now, it’s just stock analysts hoping that Apple will make a little more money from its software so the stock price can go up.
