Japan gets in on Halo 3 beta too

Apparently, Riot Act – the adopted name for the Japanese version of Crackdown – also contains tickets to the Halo 3 beta program. Like the Westerners, the folks from the Land of the Rising Sun must own an Xbox Live Gold membership to participate in the beta, since it’s online only.

If you’re late on the news, Bungie has been distributing invites inside each copy of RealTime Worlds‘ super-human, crime-fighting title Crackdown. Now it seemed like the participation was strictly North American admission only.

Then suddenly the UK was given the opportunity to participate, as each copy released in the UK included special invites, too. So now the opportunity has reached the East and we’re wondering…maybe folks from down under could take a shot at it, too?
