Japan Wii VC releases for next week – Streets of Rage 2, etc.
For those who are keeping tabs on the VC releases in Japan – because many times it means a US release soon thereafter – Nintendo has given word on the releases for next week.
The four games have something for everyone, but what really caught our attention is the release of Bare Knuckle 2: Shitou no Chinkon Uta. Yup, they’re getting the much acclaimed beat-em-up Streets of Rage 2.
But here’s the kicker, Sega announced that we’ll be getting it in the US as well, so it looks like co-op galore for Wii players. Anyway, here’s the full list of games that will be coming out in Japan:
- Tsuppari Oozumou (500 points)
- Bare Knuckle 2: Shitou no Chinkon Uta (600 Points)
- Out Live (600 Points)
- Sengoku Mahjong (600 Points)
So retro gamers rejoice, it looks like we’re going to be getting a new addition to our collection soon. Hopefully, they decide to release Out Live as in the US as well since we know how hard it is to find quality retro racing games.
