Radiant Mythology 2 - Image 1

This comes as a bit of surprise to me. While Tales titles are fun to play and all, I never imagined one to outsell a Final Fantasy title, and by such a margin. Radiant Mythology 2 topped the week’s charts with 212, 765 units sold, while the combined sales of the bundle and standard versions of Crystal Chronicles sold only 123,439. The bundle version came in at 4th, with 101,718 units sold, while the standard made it to 8th with 21,721.

In case you were wondering, after its two week reign at #1, Dissidia: Final Fantasy finally took a break and settled for 12th.

Filling up 2nd and 3rd are the PSP and PS2 versions of World Soccer Winning Eleven 2009, selling 109,492 and 108,189 respectively. Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G‘s fan base showed how strong they are, pushing the popular title on fifth, despite its relative age, with 22,818 sold.
