Japan-released Gunpey, much prettier than US version

How come they get all the better versions?

Sigh. Apparently it’s already a fact of life that when it comes to things like this, the Japanese will always have the better stuff.

In any case, it has just come to our attention that the PSP puzzle game Gunpey has just been released in Japan, and the main difference (other than the language, and the US$ 49.80 price tag, of course)? Check out the covers. According to Play-Asia, “One might argue that the Japanese version features a more appealing cover compared to the earlier released US version.”

Yes, we might argue, and to be specific, the argument would most likely be along the lines of “Why do we get sparkly lines and they get a real girl?” But the difference should end there, right?
