Enterbrain of Japan has finished tallying their results for the total hardware and software sales for the period of March 31 to September 28. This time period marks the first half of 2008's fiscal year in Japan.

- Wii: 1,105,174 units
- PS3: 352,457 units
- 360: 138,740 units
Meanwhile, on the software side of things, it's a different story. Nintendo dominates the charts with games for the Wii and DS, with Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G managing to grind its way to second place though.
