Japan’s upcoming VC release: Ninja Spirit
If you want evil half-man, half-beast creatures to take you seriously, don’t name your kid Moonlight.
Siliconera reports that, for this week, it’s definitely about ninjas in Japan. One virtual console game was announced for the coming week, and it seems to be Irem‘s ninja-killer classic, Saigo no Nindou, or Ninja Spirit.
The game revolves around your character, whose parents named him Moonlight *snicker*, who’s trying to hunt down a mythical half-man, half-beast creature. As most ninja epics go, you can probably guess why: the big baddie here killed his father, so he’s definitely got to go.
The game’s set to be released in North America this month as well but with no specific date. It seems we’ll all just have to twiddle our thumbs as our ninja spirit leads the way.
