Joggle DS First Finished Version

Joggle DS Update!

If you all remember our post on Joggle DS yesterday, you may remember us saying that the game still needed more tweaking to get it into perfect condition. Joggle DS is a homebrew version of games like Word Factory and Boggle, where players have to create words using adjoining letters that were randomly placed in a grid.

After a day in the workshop, Lotti has come up with an updated version that tries to address the problems he and other gamers were having in playing the game. It’s a lot more stable, though we’re still having some problems with getting that stylus to take letters in the diagonal without grabbing the ones beside it. Still, it’s definitely an improvement!

Now, if people could make vocabulary packs for something like this, then the overall package would not only be more versatile, but it would also be able to introduce new gameplay types (Swear Words Joggle, anyone?). Anyway, check out the download, and enjoy!
