Killzone 2 closed beta shareable after all?

Reports have cropped up that the beta for Guerrilla Games‘ Killzone 2 is shareable, contrary to the belief that it is closed. Apparently, there’s a supposed work-around to the system.

This is unconfirmed news, folks. But if this turns out to be true, then Killzone fans who aren’t included in the closed beta just might have a change to sneak into it as well.

According to Dutch website PS3-Sense, they received a tip allegedly from someone taking part in the Killzone 2 beta claiming that the beta is in fact shareable through the PlayStation Network. So far though, we haven’t heard of anyone who actually got access to it via the PSN.

In an update, the site has also said that:

You can take the beta by PSN to exchange information (and to log the name of the beta tester). Thereafter, the beta just playable under your own account.

This comes with a warning, though, as the rules of the beta strictly and expressly prohibit the sharing of the beta programs, so if you want to try it, do so at your own risk.
