Killzone 2: New gameplay footage, developer video

BBC has just released some new gameplay video of Killzone 2 following the release of their review. Their review, if you remember, praised the game for its graphics so much so that the reviewer believes it might spark another debate in video game violence.

The video features all new gameplay video and a word from the developers. Herman Hulst, one of the developers, also comments about the importance of the game not only for Guerrilla Games, but for the PlayStation 3 as well:

I believe itÂ’s fair to say itÂ’s a very important title for both of us [Guerrilla and Sony]. You hear a lot of big claims on what it [Killzone 2] means to the platform. For myself and the guys here at Guerrilla, weÂ’re just looking to make the best first person shooter that we can. Where that contributes to the platform thatÂ’s a fantastic bonus for us.
