No need to remain disappointed with the cancellation of the fan-made King’s Quest sequel. Word has it that Silver Lining has been given the green light for a full release next month. Details and brand new trailer are available after the jump.

No need to remain disappointed with the cancellation of the fan-made King’s Quest sequel. Word has it that Silver Lining has been given the green light for a full release next month.

Yep, Activision finally allowed developer Phoenix Online to release the game, after 10 years of waiting and a couple of cancellations. The first chapter to debut will be called “What is Decreed Must Be.” That’s not gonna be all, though, so just hang in there. Phoenix promises that the rest of the episodes will also be released later this year.
