Koei’s TGS game show titles announced
With the Tokyo Game Show looming ever so close in our calendars, we can’t help but wonder what our favorite gaming outfits have in store for us in one of the major gaming-related events this year.
One of the much-awaited titles is, of course, Koei‘s latest (and first) Dynasty Warriors installment for the next-gen consoles, Dynasty Warriors 6 (Shin Sangoku Musou 5 in Japan). We don’t have any information about this title (except for this trailer), so expect more news about what to expect from Dynasty Warriors 6 once its playable trailer hits the road in TGS.
Other noteworthy titles in the Koei booth will the the quirky space opera Opoona and Samurai Warriors (Sengoku Musou Katana in its mother tongue) for the Wii, and the English language software Gabu Gabu Planet for the DS. The rest of their line up goes as follows:
PS3
- Dynasty Warriors 6
- Bladestorm
- G1 Jockey 4 2007
Xbox 360
- Dynasty Warriors 6
- Bladestorm
Wii
- Sengoku Musou Katana
- Opoona
DS
- Sangokushi DS 2
- Gabu Gabu Planet
- Konjiki no Corda 2 Encore
Win
- Sangokushi Online
- Nobunaga no Yabou Online
- Daikoukai Jidai Online
- Dynasty Warriors BB
Mobile
- New Game
- G1 Jockey
- Sangokushi Tactics
Wow, that’s quite a handful of online games, and we hope that at least one will land here in Western shores. The Sangokushi titles for the DS doesn’t sound bad at all either. The Koei booth does sound worth checking out, so do watch this space often for more updates!
