Kudos Games releases Wu Hing

Wu Hing

Kudos Games has just announced the release of their very first game for the PC, an oh-so-Zen strategy board game called Wu Hing: The Five Elements.

This Chinese-based strategy board game will show users just how Yin and Yang are pitted against each other as they compete to create, destroy, and transform the various board pieces of their enemies to win the game. And as the game’s title suggests, the five elements (earth, wind, fire, water, and metal) will serve as your main weapons and they can be moved around the board to destroy the other board pieces. The key to success is strategy, my friends. (And perhaps an inner calmness of soul? Haha.)

The game currently has four difficulty settings and four game modes wherein you can play against a friend or the computer. I would personally recommend this game to those who find the blurry haze of reality and Gears of War too…stressing. So if you’re feeling kinda experimental in your gaming lifestyle as well, why not immerse yourself in this artsy fartsy oriental game world? It’s worth a shot, don’t ya think?

Here are the game’s system specs: 1 GHz or faster processor, 256 MB Ram, DirectX 7 or better, Windows 98, ME, 2000 or XP. 3D graphics card recommended. Below is the demo version of the game – you may wanna give it try before dishing out US$20 for the full version.

Wu Hing: The Five Elements is now available for purchase over at the Kudos Games site, which you can access via the “Read” link below.
