Codemasters has not been shy at all with naming Lady Gaga as one of their studio’s “maddest influences”. It’s not really gonna be a surprise therefore if they do decide to throw in a cameo appearance of the new Lady of Pop in the game.
Hell, yeah! I’m a shooter!
“We’re pretty sure no one has done a Gaga-inspired shooter yet,” Black said in the May 2010 issue of PlayStation Magazine. “I’d love her to do a cameo!” If it does work out, it sure would be interesting to see how they’re going to incorporate her Alexander McQueens in the gun-toting action.
As to what they’re going for in terms of marketing Bodycount as a shooter:
“We’re not trying to beat CoD. We’re going off on our own path. We have our own values, and our own things that we think are going to be fun for a player. We’re not worried about what other peole are doing.”
