Latest Ninja Gaiden Sigma scans from Famitsu
Tecmo and Team Ninja just released new images of their upcoming video game Ninja Gaiden Sigma to Japanese magazine Famitsu and boy, they are looking good. The franchise really has come a long away and even though Ninja Gaiden Sigma is a remake of the Xbox title Ninja Gaiden Black, it is not without a few surprises.
Needless to say, the game received a lot of graphical enhancements as well as various upgrades like new stages and weapons. Probably the biggest change incorporated by Tecmo is that players now have the option to play as Fiend Hunter Rachel.
Aside from giving Rachel a set of her own weapons and moves, she will also have unique chapters to call her own so that fans will finally see the story unfold through her eyes. If you really want to know, main protagonist Ryu Hayabusa is still, well, the main character with 16 episodes.
Ninja Gaiden Sigma will be released in Japan on June 14 while fans in the United States can get it beginning July 3.
