Lawsuit - Image 1If you’re looking for updates about the lawsuit dealing with the extended Xbox Live outages, you may as well not get your hopes up for the meantime.

In a podcast by Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb, gamers were informed that because of the lawsuit, he will not be able to give proper Xbox Live status updates. “I canÂ’t say anything so I apologize, but go talk to the lawyer… ThatÂ’s all I can say about that,” said Hryb.

For those who missed the action (or inaction, as in the case of those who were affected by the extended downtime), Microsoft was sued for an alleged case of breach of contract resulting to several gamers not being able to access Xbox Live “for several weeks.”

Microsoft tried to make amends by offering free downloads, but the plaintiffs stood by their decision to sue the software and gaming mogul.
