Left 4 Dead Survival Pack DLC will be free

Free DLC? On the Xbox 360? Will wonders never cease. It’s been officially confirmed by Valve that the upcoming DLC for Left 4 Dead will be free for both the Xbox 360 and the PC.

The Survival Pack DLC will come this Spring and will introduce the new multiplayer game mode, Survival, as well as versus mode support for the Death Toll and Dead Air campaigns.

If you haven’t bought the game yet but you plan to in the future, better wait for the Critic’s Choice Edition which will also come out this Spring. That edition will contain the game as well as the contents of the Survival Pack DLC.
