Legend of Zelda: Link’s going solo?

Zelda

It’s only been a few hours ago when we picked up a rumor that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for the Wii was going to have two-player capability, and just now, we’ve picked up more news that seems to be proving otherwise.

The image you see above was taken at the original Japanese information page for this game. And aside from their launch price and date, it also shows the number one placed beside the Japanese character for person – meaning that this game is single-player only. This makes it a bit confusing, considering that the IGN and Toys “R” Us prints dictate that the game’s a two-player deal.

While we’re not sure what this means, and we don’t want to be quick to discredit other info, we’ll wait for further news that should help dispel this info. For now, enjoy the intrigue. On a side note: According to the info above, the Japanese launch date’s December 2, and the initial unit price is Â¥6,800 (USD $118.00).
