LibFB Updates and LibPicture Release

Heads up, DS users! DragonMinded has some goodies for you. He just announced a few updated libraries for you. The first one is an update for LibFB, which has been around for about a year already. Here’s what the developer had to say about it:

• LibFB displays word-wrapped variable width fonts
• clipped and word-wrapped fonts
• automatic cursor display
• normal and compressed software sprites

These are the changes he made in this update:

• changed some functions so that you can pass a font directly instead of setting the font first
• all fonts included in the font rar have been properly compressed

DragonMinded also announced the release of the LibPicture, which is the library he made to display pictures in DSOrganize. The said homebrew application supports reading BMP, JPG, PNG, GIF, and animated gif files, as well as writing BMP and PNG files.
