We don’t know if you are aware of this but today is the day Nintendo will be releasing the Wii Zapper bundled with Nintendo Wii video game Link’s Crossbow Training in North America. Fans in Europe, on the other hand, can get it during the first week of December.

Nintendo is employing a strategy with Link’s Crossbow Training similar to the one it did with the Wii Sports. As you all know, the Wiimote and Nunchuk were rather new at that time and that’s why Nintendo decided to bundle it with a “training” game.

Rather than opting to bundle the Wii Zapper with pages and pages of instructions on how to use the peripheral, they decided to give gamers something to practice their shooting skills on.

The Wii Zapper bundled with Link’s Crossbow Training is priced at US$ 20. If you haven’t been able to decide if this game is worth the price, then maybe the gameplay videos below can help you decide.
