Lost Planet Collector’s Edition bonus content?

Screen of the EBgames listing

Okay, sleuths at NeoGAF noticed this first, but we’ll post it anyway since it’s interesting. If you go over to the listing that EBgames has for the Lost Planet Collectors Edition and you check out the bullet points they have for the contents of the thing, you’ll see something a bit weird.

Check out the screenshot we took of the EBgames listing.

Observe the bottom-most bullet point, it says: “Token Card to download a new Multiplayer Map on Xbox Live Marketplace.” What does that exactly mean?

Since Capcom hasn’t said anything yet, Luke Smith from 1UP speculates that this seems to indicate that a map will be available on the XBL Marketplace when the game ships and if you don’t have the map token from the collector’s edition, you’ll probably end up shelling out cash for said map.

Luke doesn’t like this. A reasonable number of posters on NeoGAF share his sentiment. What do you guys think? Would you call it “Bonus content” for those who got the collectors edition, or would you join the “this is another attempt to milk money from us” movement?
