Lost Planet multiplayer and trailer news
Let’s skip the formalities of amnesia and introduction and go straight for the jugular. Yep, it’s killing blow time.
The killing blow today is for Capcom‘s Lost Planet. Over at the NeoGAF forums, there’s now a thread related to developing news on the game. Specifically, there’s a new trailer on the Xbox Live Marketplace for the game, which not only features the single and multiplayer gaming you all know and love, but teases us into hoping that they release a demo sooner rather than later.
At the end of the trailer, there’s a notice that talks about a multiplayer demo for the game set to come out in “winter.” The folks at NeoGAF are hoping a demo will be released before the end of the year because of it, but winter’s so long that you never know when Capcom will actually get it out. Of course, the sooner they give it for gamers to play, the better.
We’ve uploaded the 640×360, 60 fps encoding of the trailer for you, because the most recent encoding is more than three times as large as this 90 MB file. If you’re having trouble playing the file though, you may want to try updating to the latest Xvid codecs for your media player; downloading a new codec should allow you to see the video. Enjoy!
